General conditions of Sale
The Customer will be able to pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by: - Bank transfer - Cash on delivery. - PayPal (including credit card): To ensure maximum security, the customer will make the payment transaction directly on the secure PayPal server: once the order is confirmed, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with your PayPal account or using a credit or prepaid card. - Prepaid Voucher (Gift Card): The Giomat Voucher (Gift Card) is a variable value purchase voucher that can be purchased and given at the same time. The Customer (recipient of the Gift Card) must be in possession of the relevant code received by email and must enter it after selecting the preferred products following the option available at checkout. The Giomat Voucher (Gift Card) cannot be refunded once purchased, but must be used for the purchase of products and services available on the Giomat.it website: the products purchased will follow the rules for returns provided and available in the appropriate section of this site.
Once the order is received, Giomat will check the stocks for availability and proceed with the order as soon as possible. The customer, upon receipt of the order by Giomat which corresponds to the execution of the contract, receives an email confirming that the purchase order sent has been accepted. The communication contains the order number, the date, the summary of shipping and billing data, the list of products ordered with their essential characteristics, their price and the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal (Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/05 and Legislative Decree 21/2014)
Giomat guarantees that products equal to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered and compliance with all the rules regarding the conservation of the products until the time of delivery in the place indicated in the order. The responsibility of the manufacturer applies to all products sold. In the case of packaged products, Giomat is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site and on the packaging are provided to the customer to facilitate the recognition of the products; due to variations in the packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered. As required by the Consumer Code of Legislative Decree 206/05 (ex right of withdrawal) and by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Giomat Customers enjoy a satisfied or refunded guarantee with the possibility of returning the purchased products within 14 working days of receipt , except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be sent back.
How to request a refund
It is necessary to send by letter or email to Giomat, within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. In the communication, the customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. - To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to return the purchased products, in perfect condition and with original labels not removed. - The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original wrapping from damage, writing or labels. - Products must be returned by express courier at their own expense. - We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method as it will not be Giomat's responsibility for loss, non-receipt or damage to the material sent. - The goods will be refunded by Giomat after checking the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receiving the communication from the customer. Giomat will fully refund the costs incurred by the customer for the purchase. According to article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer can make use of the Joint Conciliation procedure. The Procedure can be started if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company, within thirty days, has not received a response or has received a response not deemed satisfactory by him. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and Giomat is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the forum of Torre Annunziata.
